I have the same problem with the modem/router I received in Jan of 2013. The sticker on my modem only contains the SSID and Wireless security number. Spent hours today in an online chat with several support people at ATT. The last person insisted that the device access code should be on the modem/router. Access Code straight up does not work. Factory reset does not fix the issue.
