When pressed on where to find I-485 processing time for NBC the agent’s response was “There is no listed time frame for the I-485, at the National Benefits Center.My case is an EB2 - ROW, I140-I485-I765-I131 was concurrently filed and medicals were included with the initial application. 140 was premium processed and approved within a couple of weeks of submission.
